Welcome to my site!

I am a feminist scholar working on business-society relations, gender equality policy, employment relations, and gender relations within the Nordic welfare state. From August 2022, I have worked as Assistant Professor (tenure track) in Organizational Communication at Aalto University School of Business, Department of Management Studies. From September 2024, I am also Academy Research Fellow (2024-2028) and the PI of ADVOCACY project.

I am the Head of Doctoral Studies in Organizational Communication, and I am interested in supervising doctoral researchers especially in my multidisciplinary area of research. If you are interested, don’t hesitate to contact me!
